Acctability Program
Weight Loss and Personal Training
Being accountable is why we do the things that we do everyday. We go to work because we have to
be accountable in order to receive our paychecks; we balance our checkbooks so that we can be accountable for all of the money
that we have spent; we hire personal trainers so that we have someone to be accountable to for our workouts; and we go to
weight loss centers so that we can be accountable for what we eat. These are just a few examples of accountability
in our lives.
What if you were able to be accountable for everything
you ate and for your exercise regimen without having to go to a weight loss center or a gym? What if you
were able to work with a weight loss coach and/or personal trainer without ever leaving your home for a fraction of the cost?
The Acctability Program does just that!
How does it work?
Either by text or email you tell your Acctability Coach what you eat and drink, either after every meal
or at the end of the day (dependent of needs and habits), and what you did for a workout for the day. Your
Coach will set up a plan that fits your schedule and work with you on portion control and choices. At the start of your next
day you will have an inspirational message and suggestions on how to better your choices for the day ahead of you.
Throughout your day your Acctability Coach will give you suggestions or answer any questions that you might have and
most importantly they will be there for you when you need them during the day. Your Coach will also give
you suggestions on your workouts or write you a personalized workout plan that fits your busy life schedule. If
you are having a rough day then they will walk you through it and if you are not being honest with the program then it will
show in your weekly weigh-ins and measuring…the body does not lie!
